Dr. Kasie Adkins
Dr. Kasie Adkins, DO (MOHS), is a Board Certified dermatologist specializing in MOHS micrographic surgery at Oakview Dermatology's Springfield and Chillicothe, Ohio locations.
She is dedicated to providing her patients with exceptional care and has helped many with skin cancer achieve successful treatment outcomes.
Dr. Adkins is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for MOHS Surgery.
She enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community by volunteering with organizations for skin cancer screenings and education.
Dr. Barbara Vinci
Dr. Barbara Vinci is a Board Certified Dermatologist and fellowship trained Pediatric Dermatologist who specializes in pediatric, general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Vinci is a 2014 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
She completed her dermatology residency with Cleveland Medical Center Case Western Reserve University in 2018 and her pediatric dermatology fellowship with Nationwide Children’s Hospital in 2019.
She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Ohio Dermatological Association, and Society for Pediatric Dermatology.

Dr. Ezra Hoover
Dr. Hoover completed medical school at Touro Osteopathic College of Medicine in his hometown of New York City. He then completed his dermatology residency with OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Hoover is focused on providing excellent, empathetic care to patients of all ages and skin types, with a special interest in dermatologic conditions affecting our skin of color population.
He is well-versed in the latest evidence-based treatments for ailments affecting the hair, skin and nails, and is particularly passionate about hair loss affecting both women and men.

In addition to medical dermatology, Dr. Hoover also provides both aesthetic and surgical dermatology services. In his free time he enjoys traveling, volleyball, and classic cinema.
Wesley McComas, CNP
Wesley obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University, where she was a Departmental Honors Scholar and received the College of Nursing and Health’s Outstanding Undergraduate Student award.
She gained experience as a Registered Nurse in the hospital setting for several years before returning to graduate school.
At The Ohio State University, Wesley received her Master of Science to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses. Since graduation, Wesley has worked in dermatology.
Rachel Witt, CNP
Based in Dayton, Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in 2014.
With six years of experience as a floor nurse in both Step Down Intensive Care and Neonatal Intensive Care, Rachel developed a strong foundation in critical patient care.
In 2019, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati.

For the past four years, Rachel has been dedicated to dermatology at a local private practice, where she provided comprehensive care to her patients.
​
Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys raising chickens, gardening, practicing archery, and exploring new destinations.
